We stand behind every Guarded bracelet with our 1-year no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

If the size doesn't suit you, if you don't like the bracelet, or if you're unsatisfied for any reason at all — we'll refund the full amount you paid. No questions asked. No return shipping needed.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@wearguarded.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What's covered

  • Full purchase price of your bracelet(s)
  • Any reason within 1 year of your purchase date
  • No return shipping required

What's not covered

  • Orders placed more than 1 year ago
  • Shipping costs on orders that did not qualify for free shipping
  • Bulk or wholesale orders (contact us for wholesale return terms)

Exchanges

Since each bracelet is custom-engraved, we don't offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like a different color or engraving, place a new order and request a refund on your original purchase.

Damaged or defective items

If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@wearguarded.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item.
