Processing time
Since each Guarded bracelet is custom laser-engraved to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery times
United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): $4.99
- FREE on orders over $50
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Order tracking
Once your bracelet has been engraved and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
